Talent Management Coach Roles at Premier Education Non-Profit

Joseph Mugivan Comment: This is like the character that George Clooney plays in the film "Up in the Air." He belongs to a company who flies to different companies to fire large numbers of people so that the adminstrators do not have to do the dirty deed. The big issue now is abolishing teacher tenure.

Ohanian Comment: Joseph's comment is so on-target my teeth ache. Corporate America-- Premier Education Non-Profit-- provides "travelers" to eliminate teachers. In case you missed the movie, "On the road almost 300 days a year, the slick corporate hotshot played by George Clooney:

sets up shop in banal conference rooms across the country, breaking terrible news, offering severance packages and taking the heat most bosses are too cowardly to confront. He's got the routine down cold, gently guiding the downsized through the devastation, nimbly finding glimmers of hope to offer them for their uncertain futures.--Sean Burns, Philadelphia Weekly

Someone to prepare "talking points" so principals can talk to teachers? Note the cities involved? Are these school leaders who need talking points to communicate with staff graduates of the Broad Academy?

Note the cities where these "talent management coaches" will be placed, and think about the Broad and Gates Foundation involvement there.
