To the editor

The Buchtel cluster schools now have a two-week pre-kindergarten prep course designed to increase the chances that children will graduate high-school and college ("Program teaches ABCs of school." August 21). The "camp" includes math and reading, as well as social skills, and getting used to getting up early.

I wonder if parents will start to get worried that their children won't be ready for pre-k camp and start demanding a pre-pre-k camp.
