I'm glad to see the NY Time Magazine publishing worries about creeping corporatism of the university( Why We Should Fear University, Inc.: Against the corporate taming of the American college)

What about the overwhelming corporatism that has ungulfed K-12 and makes public schools an unsafe place for kids to be? And now preK is also smothered by inappropriate imperatives..
