The Josephson Institute (Character Counts) is running a poll on NCLB, asking this question:

Legislators in Minnesota are planning to take a stand against the federal government this month by introducing a bill that would end the state's
participation in No Child Left Behind.

Can public schools afford to shirk the demands of NCLB and forfeit federal funds?

Yes or No.
