NCLB: How to Refocus NCLB So It Lives Up To Its Promise

Improve NCLB? Is it politically incorrect to say you want to destroy it? Does a politico who voted for NCLB have to pretend there was a "promise" he was voting for? Tierney spends his time calling for "full funding." I hope the other panelists will point out the error of this approach. Otherwise, they become complicit.
