New York City Survey on ELA and Math Tests

Susan Notes:

New York City teachers: Here's a survey that asks YOUR opinion about the tests you are required to give to students.

New York City teachers who have had experience with the ELA and Math tests may really want to take an interesting survey about New Yorkâs testing program.

The topics covered by this stimulating survey include test preparation, testing and scoring procedures, as well as the purposes of the program, the test results and their meaning.

The knowledge and opinions of teachers like you will have direct significance for the testing program. Your answers will also provide valuable insights relevant to current discussions about mayoral control of education and the re-authorization of NCLB.

This independent survey is trying to reach as broad a sample as possible of certified teachers serving in the New York City public school system in grades 3 to 8. I urge you to participate by clicking on the link below. Thank you.
