The "Reading the Mind In the Eyes" Test

If eyes aren't the key to the soul, then what about to the emotions? Sally Wheelwright and Simon Baron-Cohen of the Autism Research Center at the University of Cambridge developed a pictorial test of empathy by showing people various photographs of eyes. The object is to choose from four descriptions which word best matches what the person in the photograph is thinking or feeling. In general, women score higher than men on this test.
