They're Back

Susan Notes:

I remember when the Coalition for Better Education members were selling cupcakes at fairs to raise money. They still do remarkable things while operatkng on less than a shoestring. I twittered this activity.

In Colorado, the Coalition for Better Education works for parent power, and they're back with their annual billboard campaign. Go to the url below and see what last year's billboard looked like.

Here's something you can do.
Tell your friends. They can do it too.

If you are outraged by the tyranny of high
stakes standardized testing, please think about
donating to the Coalition for Better Education
in their annual billboard campaign. They are
raising money to erect billboards to inform
parents of their rights to exempt their
children from this educational malpractice
sweeping the nation.

Any amount is appreciated, no matter how
humble. The real message here is that we're all in this together and we can all be part of the resistance.

Checks go to:
The Coalition for Better Education
2424 22nd Avenue
Greeley, Colorado 80631

All donations go toward the billboard
campaign. They have no administrative costs.
